Former FC Barcelona tactician Tito Vilanova finally breathed his last at the age of 45 years.

When the deal with Barcelona in the 2012-13 season Vilanova had to leave his team a few months because they have to treat salivary gland cancer which he suffered.

A few days ago some media claimed that Barcelona Vilanova underwent gastric surgery.
