Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is a football club in Tottenham, north London. They are also known as Spurs, The Spurs and Tottenham, while their fans gave them the name of the Lilywhites because of their traditional uniform of white.
The club's motto is Aud ere est Facere which is a Latin word that is often translated into English as "To Dare is To Do. Spurs have a fairly old feud with city rivals, Arsenal, and matches between Spurs with Arsenal known by the name of London Derby north. Founded: 1882At first the team's shirt color is dark blue (navy blue), and then changed again to blue-white, red-blue and golden-brown.
